Q: When can I return a product purchased from GEMPLER'S?

You can return most products within 30 days of first receiving your order.

If you receive a product that is defective, or perhaps damaged due to shipping, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-800-382-8473 for assistance. We'll be more than happy to help you.

Q: Are there any exceptions to the 30-day return policy?

Yes, there are certain instances when a product is non-returnable:

  • Clearance items

Q: How do I go about returning a product?

You can also contact us about your product return through our convenient online form.

You can ship the item(s) via the carrier of your choice. Once we receive the item(s) back and they are inspected, a credit will be issued to you.

Please note that any product you return must be in new condition and in its original packaging.
