How to Install Ultraseal Tire Sealant
Commercial-grade Ultraseal The commercial-grade and bullet-proof grade Ultraseal is packaged in a white container.
Installation Pump The installation pump kit includes the pump, hose assembly and lock-on valve core removal tool, as well as a 46-page installation manual.
Remove the plastic seal from the top of the pail.

Put on your protective eyewear.

Remove the plastic seal from the top of the pail.
Remove the screw plug from the container. Remove the screw plug from the container.
 
Slide the collar on the pump shaft and install the pump in the pail Slide the black collar on the pump shaft and install the pump in the pail. Tighten the collar until snug. Turn the butterfly nut to hold the pump in place.
Install the hose on the pump handle. Install the hose on the pump handle.
Refer to manual for proper dosage.
  • Check the tire size and refer to the installation manual for the proper number of units of Ultraseal to install.
  • High Speed (over 30 mph on Hwy) - always use the required amount of Ultraseal in high speed tire applications.
  • Added tires must be balanced first, before installing Ultraseal.
  • Not for use in ultra high performance tires or low profile tires.
