How to Identify Dual Wheel Parts and Accessories
There is an opening in the rail to insert the clamp. The clamp can slide around the rail to the correct position. The threaded end of the clamp screws over the J Bolt. The handle end is pressed down to lock it in position.

The eye nut is fastened to the drive wheel. The J bolt or hook is hooked through the eye nut. The threaded end of the J bolt goes through the clamp and is fastened with a spherical washer and nut.
