To enter, send in your photo and a brief testimonial of how your workwear became worn out and they could be featured in an upcoming catalog, email or web page. Please include your name, daytime phone number and complete address in your email. All entries must include a testimonial and testimonial must be truthful and accurate.

Entries must be received by November 30, 2009. Entries/photos become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

Photography Specifications:
• Non-edited, digital photograph in a high resolution (.jpg or .jpeg preferred)
• Please wear or hold your workwear item (outdoors is preferred, where you usually wear your clothing)
• You should only submit a photo taken by you, and there should not be any identifiable people in the photo
• Photos may not be indecent or obscene or reflect poorly on Gempler's

Potential winners will be notified by e-mail, phone or mail by December 30, 2009. Winners will be sent a photography release form and instructions on how to send in their original garment (we will pay the freight).

Gempler's is not responsible for late, misdirected entries or for software/hardware or network issues that may affect electronic submissions.

Employees of Lab Safety Supply, Inc., its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Government and healthcare customers of Lab Safety Supply, Inc. are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

By submission of an entry, entrants agree: (a) to be bound by these Official Rules; (b) that the decisions of the Judges and Sponsor are final on all matters relating to the promotion; and (c) to release Sponsor and its agents and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage arising out of participation in this promotion or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession use and/or misuse of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate this contest at its sole discretion, provided that the prize will be awarded.

By submitting a photo, you unconditionally assign and transfer to Sponsor all right, title and interest in the photo, including, without limitation, the copyright therein, and Sponsor shall have right to use, publish, adapt, alter, assign or dispose of such photos however it sees fit, including on this website or in any other media.
