Once locked into place, the latch on this hook won’t budge. Easy to
install and prevents accidental release of chain from hook and inadvertent
re-hooking. Use with Grade 70 or 80 chains. Ideal for chain-to-chain hooking, equipment safety chains and over-the-road safety
chains. 1/4" working load limit is 3,500 lbs. 5/16" working load limit is 5,350 lbs. 3/8" working load limit is 7,100 lbs. 1/2" working load limit is 12,000 lbs. 5/8" working load limit is 18,100 lbs. USA made. Specify size from drop down box above.
