I run a 12 dog kennel facility and am constantly walking through who knows what. I looked a very long time for a pair of work boots that would keep my feet dry, warm and clean. My husband wears Muks and I decided to try a pair of these instead. I was not disappointed. What I liked about them is that the neoprene is completely coated on the outside instead of just the lower half, making cleaning them much easier. They are compeltely water tight, unbelievably warm (toes don't even get slightly cool while WADING in very cold water) very sturdy and very well made. They are temperature rated to -52 degrees! I will definitely buy these as long as they continue to make them. If you have to work outdoors, these are the work boots for you. They may run a little on the heavy side if you are walking long distances over several hours, but I have yet to get to that point. They do run a little large as far as sizing, so order a full size down, narrow and half sizes order 1.5 sizes down. They are narrow through the ankle, but this is remedied by putting the boots on while standing up and stepping in rather than pulling them on. The tab on the heel makes them much easier to get off. These are so comfortable, I didn't even try to take them off immediately after work. These are a great quality pair of boots, well worth full retail price. Love the steel toe option for those who need it. I went ahead and bought a second pair of the insulated boots, and a pair of the regular short boots for summer.
