These trucks easily convert from a standard hand truck to a cart with
swiveling caster wheels for quick versatility in any situation. Nose
plates measure 14"W x 7 1/2"L as a hand truck and 12"W x 36"L as a
cart. They feature an 800-lb. load rating, 10" tires, wheel guards and
ball bearings. Item number 210499 has pneumatic tires. Item number 210500 has solid rubber tires. USA made.
