I use the product for commuting by car and for cycling and running. They are pretty comfortable and don't slip much, even when cycling on bumpy roads. Decent ventilation and pretty good at not fogging in humid conditions. I'd say if the ventilation were a little better, it'd be a 5. I'd give 4.5, but not an option.
