The first bifocal safety reading glasses with a wraparound lens

Stylish, lightweight and comfortable safety glass with a bifocal lens

  • Soft rubber nose bridge and rubber-tipped temples for long-wearing comfort
  • Polycarbonate frame and lens for durability
  • Meets ANSI Z87.1-2003

This second generation of bifocal safety glasses combines the need of a bifocal lens with your request for a stylish, lightweight and comfortable safety glass. The frame is made from transparent gray polycarbonate and has a soft rubber nose bridge and rubber-tipped temples for long-wearing comfort. Meets ANSI Z87.1-2010. Imported. Specify lens color and bifocal diopter power: 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 or 3.0 from the selection boxes above.

NOTE: Safety glasses with magnification bifocals are not intended to replace prescription eyewear. If you are unsure whether or not you can benefit from these glasses, please see an eye care professional.

        As I have gotten older, my eyes aren't what they used to be. To see smaller, up close objects, i.e. blue prints, tape measure markings, lay out marks, ect., these glasses do the trick.

          I bought two of these and really liked them. However, the frames "spontaneously" broke above one of the eye pieces on each pair after only a few uses. Will be trying the Elvex RX-400 which appear more robust.
