Prior owner of our home planted MANY Rose bushes. This tool makes trimming them, annually, much less painful.
I already own the same brand of tool that extends from 6 to 10 feet, but cuts only smaller branches. The 4 foot length of this product is much more useful for the intended job.

Used for fruit and ornamental tree suckering shoots. Stable head without swivel means you must get the correct angle before pruning, but it is more than capable of woodier pruning than many other extended pole pruners. 6' is a good length, once you get into the adjustable pole pruners up to 10' you compromise clean cuts and the tool itself with woodier trees. The blade holds up great, 2 years working commercially with it, Well worth the expense!
