          Comments about Igloo Water Cooler:

          Purchased this cooler to take to picnics and was skeptical about the lid upon arrival. For a picnic, we put about 4.5gal of red punch in the cooler and discovered that the cooler leaks. Called Igloo and they confirmed that pressure fit lids will leak. The representative recommended a bungee cord to hold the lid in place and prevent leaks. This isn't my idea of a cooler. Gempler's couldn't have been nicer or more understanding and processed the return quickly and easily.
