Critical stress points at the toe, heel and buckles are reinforced with an extra layer of rubber. Full net lining for easy on/off. Rugged metal buckles. Very unhappy with the performance of these boots.
wore out in only a couple of months.
buckles started coming off, inside lining started flaking off causing a mess when taking the boots off,
think they were made from some using old recycled
tires from the smell and wear quality.
Glad to see you have the laCrosse brand back in stock which I ordered today.

I use these for muddy, wet, cold conditions. These type of boots are hard to find. I used to wear this type of boots when I was in elementary school back in the 50's. I also used them in the 80's when I had to help pick-up garbage for a small Iowa community. These are heavy, but they wear well and protect your shoes/work boots and keep your feet warm and dry.
