Our updowner style hat is serious sun protection. It has an oversized bill and a wraparound outer flap that shades vulnerable areas like the neck, nose, ears and face. The back flap can be worn in the down position for maximum sun protection or turned up when not needed. The lightweight Solarweave® material outperforms cotton by blocking out 99.1% of harmful UVB rays and 93.5% of UVA rays. Even after as many as 36 washings, this material retains 95% of its UVB blocking ability. Khaki color. Imported.
