I am satisfied with the product. It is what I ordered. I learned later that there may be other models that may have other features that I would like to have such as a hold switch and possibly a backlight. I use the thermometer in an area that is not well lighted and the screen is often hard to see.

We use this product to check core temperature of potato before it is processed into french fries, hashbrowns, tator tots, etc. as well as to check water temperature for peeling and processing the finished product. Very good for what we need.
