My first one lasted 4 years. Works on rabbits also. Only thing that works all the time, rain or shine.

            Comments about Scarecrow Motion Sprinkler:

We bought this item to keep the neighbor's cats from digging up our flower beds. It has worked like a charm. We no longer have kitties coming in and making nightly deposits. It also thinks that part of its job to scare off the school bus and the garbage truck, but we can live with that.

Every spring and fall the herons come through and eat the fish out of our pond. Once we remember to put this up, we have no more issues with them. My sister also uses one to keep the deer away from her garden.

                Comments about Scarecrow Motion Sprinkler:

Our 18'x26'flower and veggie garden was a prime target for the many deer here. I put up 2 Scarecrow units opposite each other to cover all access points. Spending time to adjust for vehicle and foot traffic near the garden took minutes but the effect was outstanding. The clatter noise and short blast of water does the trick. This is based on three summers of usage and are still FENCE FREE.
