not long ago i had whitefly and fungus gnat problems. first pesticide use nearly worked,(for a while), so i spent a ton of cash on a half dozen types of beneficial predator bugs, each type of pest would appear to be gone only to re-infest so i got big yellow plastic real-estate signs bought spray-on tangle-trap, a pail of the paste tangle-trap, and some cans of the gel tangle-trap. Hands down my favorite was the brush on gel. it goes on easier, spreads way thinner than the gel yet way thicker than the spray, but best of all is for a longer period of time the little gnats and whiteflies get stuck. If say ten, or a hundred whiteflies survived the bio or pesticide war i wage on them, four or five giant(2 or 3 foot) squares of tangletrap gel on yellow signs,(i also use yellow contact paper on cardboard), seem to be what ended some rough bug issues for me and when checking these traps for early bug detection i can order my beneficial bugs early enough(takes a week to get predators shipped) to work good enough to get knockdown. Expensive product but work Fantasic!!! Well worth the money... Very easy to apply and goes a long way..
