The number one pest of apples, pears and walnuts in many areas. Codling moths deposit eggs right on the fruit, larvae then tunnel directly inside to feed, so timing of control is absolutely critical. Treating larvae too late or too early will cost you! Position traps before bloom and monitor through harvest. Kit includes 1CP trap, wire hanger, three pheromeone lures and three trap liners. Replace liners as needed and lures every 3 to 4 weeks. Use two kits per block up to 10 acres in size, add an extra kit for every additional 10 acres. The Trécé pheromones lures are applied to rubber septas for even release over a 3 to 4 week duration for better capture rates.
