i literally just got mine today and had posts to pull so it got put to work. finding the right spot to put the base at times can be tricky, but not bad. on very tough posts its easier to have one person hold the base stable while the other operates the handle. my dad and pulled a corner post (using a cheater bar at the end of the post puller) that was frozen in the ground and it came right out; ground still frozen all the way around the post! I'm sure it will have its limits but so far does what I want it too, very pleased

Only worked on one post. Had to return and get come along with short chain. Exact same product is [$] at local T supply.
