High-carbon steel blades has high-carbon steel blades are heat-treated and tempered for extra strength and have a sharp, honed cutting edge which is easily re-sharpened when needed. Full tang construction means that the blade goes all the way to the end of the handle for a super strong handle. Durable hardwood handles are secured to the blades with brass compression rivets so the blades won't loosen with hard use. Traditional butcher-blade style knife with a smaller handle. Flat ground blade slices through fruits and vegetables with less resistance. 6" blade. 4-1/4" handle. USA made.
