This Cabbage Harvesting Knife has a high-carbon steel blade that’s heat-treated and tempered for extra strength and has a sharp, honed cutting edge that’s easily re-sharpened. This knife has full tang construction which means that the blade goes all the way to the end of the handle for a added strength. A durable hardwood handle is secured to the blades with brass compression rivets so the blades won't loosen. 6"L blade with a 4-1/4"L handle. USA made.
