used bag balm for years. started out using it on cows utters when raising calves. found that my hands were healing from cold weather or water chaffing. worked as a rural mail carrier for 30 yrs. nothing healed rough hands than using bag balm sparingly couple times a day. met a man that worked at a tire mart. his wife wouldn't let him touch her because of his very rough, dry hands. after using bag balm, it healed his hands and all are happy now. word passing on and haven't met anyone that wasn't happy with using bag balm
