Need A DECOY that Works for annoying & messy birds hanging around ? Rotating Head Owl really works !
I haven't had to scrub the patio ground, nor the trash can lid for a week so far..'which was every day.' My neighbor wants one now ! I will suggest though, when filling the owl cavity with sand/dirt. Use an empty 1 gal.milk jug, cut the bottom out, but keep the lid on the top & fill the jug. Turn Owl upsided down in a bucket, & fill the cavity. Two jug's of sand for me..and that was it ! Mrs. Owl was set up on top of the carport...& staying busy with her head rotating as the wind blows. "GREAT DECOY...honestly !"

    Comments about Rotating Head Owl:

i'm all for live and let live. but a lot of birds have been perching in an area right over my deck -- the path my dogs walks in and out of the house periodically. i couldn't have him walking through bird poo and bringing it in the house. i ordered the owl (now named Oscar), and he seems to be doing the job so far. i move Oscar periodically. when the weather gets nicer, i'll figure a way to hang him. so far, only one or two birds have stopped by while Oscar's been on watch. so, so far so good!

I put it on my dock to keep the Ibis birds away. So far they haven't come back.

I have my first tomato plant and read the birds will eat the fruit. I read about putting out a fake owl so I bought one right away. No more birds roosting on my deck eye-balling my tomatoes.
