Messy to mix, I use a large plastic container, and use a turkey baster to apply. It clogged my sprayer. We have heavy deer traffic, been using 4 years, they leave my spring tulips, fruit trees and garden alone now.

Great product to keep deer away from valuable plants. It isn't super easy to make up because you add water, let it sit and strain it. But the way it works and lasts, it is worth it. I do NOT spray the actual plant since it discolors the leaves. I use a 2 gallon sprayer and just draw a circle on the ground around the drip line of the plant. I alternate this product with deer off or liquid fence which I spray directly on the plant. Have had no deer plant casualties in 3 years and have deer standing in the front yard at night.

has no odor and works as a deer repellant, but puts an ugly brown stain on plant leaves (plus my dog is really attracted to the blood smell)
