The zips are a bit sticky, unlike my old fave of the same make and model, which this one is replacing. I hope they haven't cheapened the zips, but I have trust in Carhartt that they wouldn't do such a thing.

Between this and my Barn jacket, with side snap outs, and designed for the heavy cold, I am set for the cold months. I buy this one a bit large so I can layer, and it works well when unzipped too. Cold mornings until I warm up.

My first was a gift, some years ago. This one I bought for myself and will continue to buy them as long as they are made. This came clear to me when I tried this one on when it arrived: I don't have to give it a second thought about how to wear it or what features I may be missing. I simply looked it over, curled up my nose at the shiny new snaps, checked out that the pockets were in the same place, and congratulated myself on finding the very same jacket I have loved. I don't need variety when I locate what I like and need. I need more of the same. With your sale, and with your company, I am satisfied. Thank you.

Carhartt is a good brand. I'm an over the road trucker and I bought this one because I don't like "Hoodies" and the one's that look like I should be pitching "Hay". Not that there's anything wrong with them, but I like the style of this Detroit jacket better and it has excellent durability. This jacket has been with me 3 winters now and still looks good. Infact it looks better with age. Feels great and have gotten a lot of compliments on it..

This is a great jacket to just thtow on to go out and do just about everthing. It really looks great and fits great also.

I like carhartt. It has good material, and has good workmanship. I use this coat for everyday wear when new, and later for outside chores, which include cutting wood for our winter heat, and repairing machinary,and home repairs. plowing snow, and whatever .Wears and fits well.
