Waterproof Full-length Riding Slicker / Pommel Coat

  • Low-cost, hard-to-find item
  • Durable .35mm PVC outer
  • Snap-down front with storm flap
  • Black color

This MCR Safety riding slicker is made of .35mm PVC over polyester. This thicker material will resist snags and tears while being flexible and strong. Welded seams are strong against wear. Legs are split with snaps to form leg openings for ATV or saddlewear. Left or right snap front option and front storm flap to hold out wind-blown rain. Convenient patch-type front storage pockets on outside right and inside left. Corduroy collar is soft against the neck. Detachable hood included. Black color. Imported. Specify size: M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL or 5XL from the selection box above. See drop down for sizes currently available.

          I had purchased a raincoat as a gift a few years ago - it was perfect, wonderful, and I wanted to buy another one for someone else in my family. So, I purchased what I thought was the same coat as before - it appearead that I was purchasing the same coat. However apparently Gemplers no longer carries the coat I purchased before and now carries this one. Since I thought I was purchasing the same coat I was very surprised when this one arrived. It totally did not meet our needs. I called Gamplers to arrange a return and was treated well (and told that they do not carry the older coat, too bad for me!). I was told that a refund would be issued to me and that I should just keep the coat because to re-stock it would be too costly for them. (I don't know what I will do with it! - maybe donate it or give it away...not sure what I will do). The company was easy to deal with. I am sorry that the coat I wanted to buy is not longer being sold.
          I would definately recommend this COMPANY to a friend.

              Size was too big. It ripped all the way up the seam. Gets wet inside with heavy downpour. Can't use it for riding anything. Big waste of money.
