GEMPLER'S ® Solarweave ® mesh-style booney hat is the coolest booney hat we offer

Mesh crown allows air circulation

The mesh crown on this hat allows air to circulate around your entire head, keeping it cool and comfortable. The Solarweave ® fabric on top of the hat and brim blocks out 99.1% of harmful UVB rays and 93.5% of UVA rays. The brim is 3-1/4" wide with a black-faced underside to cut down on eyestrain by absorbing reflected light. Adjustable woven chin strap. Khaki color. Imported. Specify size: S (6-5/8 to 6-7/8), M (7 to 7-1/8), L (7-1/4 to 7-3/8) or XL (7-1/2 to 7-5/8) from the selection box above. See drop down box for sizes currently available.

Comments about GEMPLERS GEMPLER'S Solarweave / Mesh Booney Hat:

All 3 of my kids, 4, 7, and 9, have worn these hats all summer for the past 4 years, first in Charlotte, NC and now in NY state. They have a terrific brim, wide and dark underneath, and the rest of the hat is very light AND breathable. We've tried other hats and they are too heavy and too hot. The one downside is that they run small. Both boys are already in the XL size.
