Crush ampule to check respirator fit
Quick, easy method of fit checking respirators equipped with organic vapor cartridges. 2" ampules produce a banana-like odor (isoamyl acetate) that warns worker of leaks before entering contaminated atmospheres. If odor is detected, respirator must be adjusted. Package of 10. NOTE: Not OSHA accepted for fit testing respirators, only for a quick fit check.
