The #4 Basic Hand Pruner is like Felco ® #2 Classic Hand Pruner but without some of the refinements. The #4 features the same blade and handles as the #2, with its blade adjustment via the center bolt and nut only. No rubber cushion, shock absorber or locking segment. Cutting capacity 1". Overall length 8-1/4" and weighs 8oz. Made in Switzerland.
