Heavy-duty hardened steel alloy construction outlasts wood and fiberglass. 11-gauge steel blade has closed back for extra reinforcement and to eliminate buildup. Mill-sharpened blade easily cuts through soil and has a cushion footpad that can be moved from one side to the other for better digging leverage. D-handle is 27" and welded to the 15" diamond point blade. Overall length 42". USA made.
