This security light uses free energy from the sun and is ideal for areas where electrical wiring is impractical or too expensive to install. A large, powerful solar panel charges the unit by day and lights unit up to 60 times at night on a single charge. Solar panel includes 12 ft. of connecting cord that allows you to detach it from the unit and position it for maximum sun exposure. The 15-watt halogen bulb throws a flood of super-bright light and works automatically with a passive infrared motion detector which detects motion up to 50 feet away. Light can be adjusted to come on for 30, 60 or 90 second intervals. Comes complete with built-in motion detector, rechargeable battery, halogen light and all mounting hardware.
