Couldn't get the pump primed no matter what I tried. I ended up draining 2 gallons of gas from my generator ONE STROKE AT A TIME. For the cost of this product try something else.

I bought the cheaper hand transfer pump and this more expensive one. This one is far, far better and would recommend it head and shoulders above the cheaper one.

This product is for transfering fuel. Don't make a mistake and purchase a "utility" siphon/pump when you need a fuel siphon pump. This is the real deal.

Used product to remove old gas from boat. worked okay but had trouble keeping prime. It pumped great but because of cold weather and difficult time getting good connection would not hold prime. Would not work for me out of gas tank but did work from fuel bulb.
