Portable Moisture Tester as accurate as the meters found at grain elevators
The Shore Portable Moisture Meter provides quick accurate moisture results for a large variety of commodities. Results are displayed directly without the need for moisture or temperature conversion tables. The meter uses a pre-weighed sample and a sample loading mechanism to insure accurate, repeatable results. This means that the Shore Meter will more closely match the results of the moisture meters used by grain elevators than other portable meters. The meter features rugged all metal construction: no flimsy plastic cases or other parts that are easily broken. The meter comes complete with a portable electronic scale and instruction manual in a sturdy metal carrying case. Operating temperature range +22 to +122°F. Measurement range varies with commodity and typically moisture ranges are from 6 to 40%. Sample test time is 5 to 25 seconds depending on sample temperature.
