Economical SafeStep ® Ice Melters-Magnesium Chloride provides excellent performance in extreme cold temperatures down to -25°F. Unique crystal shape provides excellent ice penetration and scatter control. Begins working on contact and doesn't roll away like pellets or blow away like flakes. Dissoves quickly, creating a powerful, long-lasting brine solution. Contains 1/3 less chlorides than calcium chloride melters, which means less chloride runoff. Safe for plants and animals when used as directed. Gloves and goggles are not required. Safer on concrete and metals than calcium chloride melters. 50-lb. bag. USA made.
