This 28" reflective oragne safety cone meets federal requirements for night visibility. Collar is made from high-intensity reflective materials by 3M. The U.S. Department of Transportation - Federal Highway Division requires that cones used at night on state highways and interstates have reflective material (MUTCD Standard 6-3). 15-1/4" square base. USA made. NOTE: Cones used on State and Federal highways must be orange in color and at least 28" tall.
