Comments about Caiman Waterproof Insulated Leather Palm Gloves:

Great gloves. Warm and full dexterity. Only issue...Do not use them when around flame. I was going to do a quick weld and cut job and it was 18 degrees outside. I decided to wear these instead of my welding gloves. First weld, my left hand got very hot...Pinkie and ring finger of the glove were ON FIRE...and a hot big fire. Burned down to the inner white lining in half a second. Gloves were destroyed...If used for work away from ignition source, you should get good wear out of them.

I use this out in the field. These gloves insulate well but sometimes a good grip is hard to achieve due to thickness of gloves.

Why did I buy these gloves??????

      Pros

        Cons

        • Fingers Too Long For Size
        • Leather Stiffens In Cold
        • Not Warm In Temps 32

        Best Uses

Comments about Caiman Waterproof Insulated Leather Palm Gloves:

Bought for outdoor work, but very disappointing. Gloves are not sized properly; although they fit the hand the fingers are much too long, making the gloves unwieldy for work. The leather stiffened in cold weather making the gloves unsuitable for cold weather work. These gloves do not keep your hands, especially the fingers warm. I do not recommend these gloves.

Comments about Caiman Waterproof Insulated Leather Palm Gloves:

Overall a well made glove, solid construction. These are not warm gloves for any extended winter use! Bought them for the snowblower tasks and proved to be frosty fingers quite quicly. Did find them as good as it gets for splitting two chords of wood with a log splitter though! Warmer Fall day though.
