12" Wire Rod Tool Rack

Heavy-duty tool racks for unfinished shop and garage walls

This economical solution is made from 5/16"-dia. rod. Gives you 12" of usable storage space for long-handled tools, but can also be used to store extension cords or air and water hoses. Distance between rods is 1-3/4". Features six 3/16"-dia. screw holes: two in front and two on each side to allow for different securing options. Mount using screws or nails (not included). 14-1/2" overall length. The 11-ga. back plate fits perfectly over standard (1-1/2"W) 2x4 or 2x6 studs, creating storage room out of unfinished walls. Racks are powder coated to prevent rust. High-strength rod is slightly angled so tools won’t slide off. USA made.

Comments about 12'' Wire Rod Tool Rack:

These and the tubular hangers are screwed to exposed studs in the garage. They now carry rakes, shovels, brooms, pickaxes, sledge hammers, pitch forks, etc. They are now not cluttering the floor and hiding in behind other things.

I just could not put one on each of two walls in the corner of the garage because the hung tools interfered with each other.
