Okon® Multi-surface Water Repellent Sealer
Water is a common cause of deteriorating building materials. For
example: in concrete, water causes mold, freeze-thaw damage, dusting
and staining. Which means that in a few short years, you’re going to
have to tear that concrete up and replace it. Or you’re left with an
unsightly surface. Either way, you lose. This multi-surface water repellent
and sealer works on concrete, wood, stucco, brick, adobe, canvas,
plywood or pottery. A single application lasts from one to three years.
It’s made of 100% acrylic resin and siloxane that doesn’t interfere with
paint adhesion. Applies with a brush, roller or sprayer. Cleans up with
soap and water and it’s rainfast in 24 hours. Recoats in approximately
three hours and dries for foot traffic in eight. USA made.
