It saves my back, I could not work without it.
The only thing that would make it better is if it moved by it self, just joking. It does it's job perfectly!

This addition is very handy as an additional helper. the only "con" i have is that it becomes very wobbly in the high position. this feature is very handy for sawing or working on long boards. it is great for use with a chop or power mitre saw, as it adjusts to the proper level easily.
