I have worn it under a helmet and it works pretty good. I've also used it cycling and found I perform better with it. It is a little bulky under my helmet, but not bad. Overall, I'm impressed with the product.

Used it while shoveling manure in my horse pens.
Kept sweat out of my eyes which is good because my eyes burn when that happens. A sweat band would be just as effective. Cooling effect was minimal.
Looks cool!!!!!
