    Comments about Bahco Pneumatic Pruner:

We looked long and far for a pneumatic pruner that would help us with our small apple orchard. The field of pruners is virtually empty, dominated by the $500 Italian pruners that we just could not afford, or something cheap from China. One day I came upon Gempler's and these great pruners, and after some reading of reviews, we decided to purchase them. We've gone through six trees in a weekend, which used to take us 2 weeks of pruning in our spare time. My wife said it was the best [$] that we've ever spent.

Not sure why others had trouble with fittings? Mine took a standard 1/4 inch quick connect nipple. I'm using a PowerTank Sidearm kit (CO2) for portability and it works well.

      Comments about Bahco Pneumatic Pruner:

Not providing the appropriate air hose nipple and having uncommon threads caused me to spend half an hour at a specialty Hydraulic/pneumatic tool repair shop to get the right part. Otherwise the tool seems to work as promised. I prune standard and dwarf fruit trees and the tool works well at this task. I would buy this tool again for the cost and the support from Gemplers.

          Comments about Bahco Pneumatic Pruner:

I use it to cut pine and fir bough material for wreaths & greenery. For the money spent it works great, so far.
HOWEVER, who ever sells these should sell the properly threaded air chuck fitting, too. The thread size is odd, perhaps metric? Nothing available in parts stores or from local air tool suppliers would fit. I had to have someone make a fitting for it.
