      I am expanding a security fence system and have to locate underground irrigation pipes. There is an art to locating 3/4 inch water lines and the probe given enough time is helpful.

        I ordered to use for inspecting and probing soil for comaction, for testing/inspection purpose.
        Since the tip is flat not sharp, I should grind the end to make sharp.
        If, on your description, it was described or showed flat end, I did not buy the product because it did not meet my expectation. It need to describe "not for construction inspection testing compaction soil."
        Thank you.

        Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
