Product
Information

Tackle tough mole problems with this innovative scissor trap

  • Mole trap has scissor-style design for greater effectiveness
  • Powerful zinc-coated springs are effective in many soil types
  • Trap is tamper-resistant once set
  • All-weather construction

Most pest control professionals agree that scissor-style mole traps are more effective than old-style plunger traps. This trap features all-weather construction with a glass-filled nylon body and powerful zinc-coated springs that are effective in more soil types than other traps. Easy-to-use trap is safely set with your foot and features a highly sensitive center-mounted trigger that allows for captures from both directions. Once set, the trap is tamper-resistant, making it difficult to accidentally trigger from above ground. Features a safety release button for easy relocation. USA made.
NOTE: Not for sale in Alaska, Hawaii or North Carolina.

      Comments about Motomco Mole Trap:

The second time I set this trap the plastic broke. The first time it killed a mole. Needs to be more durable.

        Comments about Motomco Mole Trap:

I had so many mole tunnels, I thought I had a dozen in my hard. I put out 3 of these and 1 was set off the next day - a HUGE mole. After a few weeks or catching nothing else, I found that all the tunnels were likely his as there was no more activity, so I caught the BIG ONE in 1 day - wow. It was fairly easy to setup. I like the fact you can pull the mole out of the ground to know for sure you got one and it's easy to see it's been triggered from a distance. I also like they are very durable, hard plastic which looks like it will last a while. Just BE CAREFUL - these things look like they could easily break your fingers or wrist if accidentally caught in there - make sure any kids stay clear of them if you have any set in the yard or near play areas.
