Spot reliners are useful in large off-the-road tires. Feathered on the edge to avoid tube chafing, they are held in place by the tube. We recommend first vulcanizing a large boot to the injured area, then putting in a spot reliner... after which the injury is protected by up to 4-6 new plies of cord material.
