Customer service is what it is all about. By my own fault I had to call three times and each time I spoke to a different "specialist". All three times I was given professional, courteous help. This tube size is extrememly hard to find and Gempler's had it.

Not only was the product as good as expected. the website gave a good picture and description.After shopping other sites and finding they just couldnt answer my question with regard to the valve I ended up with this one.Just under a week to get so i ordered two so ill have a spare.Great company to order from
