Easy-to-use forage moisture tester measures the moisture content of silages, balage, hay, high-moisture grains, total mixed rations (TMR), wet distiller’s grains and more. Obtain reliable, consistent moisture content measurements for forages in approximately 20 to 40 mins. without using charts or waiting for lab results. High-moisture grain measurements take approximately 50 to 60 mins. Unit tests moisture content for all feeds across all moisture ranges. Includes 110-volt heater with variable heat control and four fan settings, produce basket and 6-lb. (3,000g) scale. Scale is powered by a 110-volt or three "AA" batteries (included). USA made.
