Durable construction, easy to assemble after viewing the video. Would benefit from handle redesign, handle wobbles regardless of tightening. Takes practice to roll, would also benefit from more of a stroller design to roll as well as a place to stabilize the rolled hose and feeder hose when moving. Occasionally hose comes unwound when moving. Overall very good!

we take the reel out everyday at our auto repair shop.It is the nicest hose reel i/ve ever seen. I would deffenitly recomend it.

I have bought 3 Rapid Water Hose Reels from Gemplers. Two of them have 4 wheels each and I bought one Rapid Reel with 2 wheels. I have to recommend these Hose Reels (all of them stated above) to be of excellent quality, are easy to use. The 2-wheeler has a lock on it so the hose does not move when rolling it onto the reel. I can't say enough about these hose reels as, like I said, I have purchased 3 of them. They don't scratch, peel or rust. The only suggestion that I would have on the 4-wheelers is that you could turn them right or left more easily. The 4-wheelers just go straight when you try to move them around. One other great thing about these reels is that they can handle very long hoses without any problem and I have an acre lot that I have to water, therefore, I have to have long hoses. I would not buy anything else except these rapid reels.
