This is a good water proof jacket, nice hood design,it is a little on the warm side, waiting for the breathability part to kick in. I will try using less layers underneath and see how that goes.The product does keep the rain off of you though.

Wonderful value for your dollar. Outstanding materials, well made. I use my jacket to act as a shell over an insulation layer. For this use I ordered XL although I am only rated as large. I like an over jacket to be slightly loose. It holds out the rain and still manages to vent out my body moisture, nice balance! Thinking on it, I realize that I've had this jacket three or maybe four years and it still looks as good as new. Just to fuss a little, it would be nice for the jacket to be offered in a bright yellow. What with cell phones, drivers don't pay attention to walkers like me and that would help.
p.s. I thought so much of this jacket that I bought the matching rain pants, which are great too!

good raincoat-keeps me dry, barely breathable enough on warm days. Sleeves that reach my wrists are nice and the shoulders are roomy enough to work in and reach out without binding.
