I like the ease of installation. I like the inferred increased battery life due to lower current draw. I haven't had the product long enough to verify this myself.

I put this LED bulb in a regular 3 D cell MagLite. The LED bulb perforns better than the bulb I replaced but is not near as bright as the MagLite LED flashlight. The light is yellower and weaker. The cost seems high for the benefits derived.
