Comments about Class 3 Rain Jacket with Fleece Liner:

Zip in liner hard to take on and off. Toss the liner but keep the outer shell.
The liner needs to be lined.

Comments about Tingley Class 3 Rain Jacket with Fleece Liner:

Great work coat. I bury service drops for a large US telco, and this jacket is perfect for the typical midwestern weather. Warm , seems very water resistant and I really like the plentiful velcro closure pockets inside. Also has a water resistant velcro closure pocket on the upper left front for radio/cell phone/smokes ect. It has been in the mid thirties to mid fifties here, with occasional COLD rain and I have been quite comfortable and dry. Not seen them, but some matching water resistant pants with cargo pockets would be a good match. And to top it off, the bottom of the coat is black so it won't get near as dirty as this color normally does. Going to buy a few for christmas gifts for the guys who help me at work. GREAT COAT!!!!!
