Comments about Stainless Steel Bird Spikes -- 8'' x 10 ft.:

Nesting robins were a problem on the horizontal section of my house's downspouts, building nests cemented together with mud. Needless to say, they weren't particularly neat in their application. Being a birder, I did not want to harm the birds (there are over a dozen large trees on my property that could be used for nests), and the bird spikes have proven to be a nontoxic and effective way to discourage the birds and not have to either knock nests down (ineffective) or wash siding. Spendy, but worth it!
